Finally redesigned my site. According to my comments and stuff, the last design has been up since January 14th, 2009. That’s a long time to use a very poorly designed template. Sigh. Well, let’s see how long it’ll take to move past this one, lol.

I don’t know why but I just felt compelled to post. I have artwork that needs to be scanned, but I don’t have anything to upload. I just wanted to update today. It’s odd. Maybe it’s my way of trying to ignore the fact that I have to take the ACT’s tomorrow. Who knows… So, I updated the about page (kinda not really) and the links page–all of which are under the misc orb. Uh, what else, I should have updated the art page as well since I have shitloads of sketches and completed artwork just lying around the blog. I’m aware that some of my coding broke when I moved over to my new domain, which is a bit upsetting, but I’ll live.

Project-wise, I just have 3.5 (three of which are halves). I’m working on a comic (maybe) of desert pyrates, as you may have guessed from the previous post. Notice how I didn’t say webcomic. I actually intend to get this puppy published, so I’ll be putting in a lot more effort. As of now, it’s still in concept phase, but I have the characters defined, and a rough outline of the story–much emphasis on rough. Project number two would be a story I’m writing about Wolf, my golden angel. It will be based on nonfiction, though some parts will be purely fictitious. (Bet you can’t guess which parts when I finish). I’m debating whether to write a novel or a short story but I’ll figure that out after the outline. It’s kind of painful trying to write the outline for it cause it is based on my life and I realized I suppressed a lot of memories (keeping journals for the win). Every 10 seconds, I’m like, “Ho shit! That happened?!” Fun stuff… My half projects would be my unofficially hiatused webcomic: Black or White. It may seem that I’ve abandoned it, but I don’t know. I do want to finish it. I feel really bad for not having done any new pages. Then I have stuff for Catalytic Productions: the dominoes comic and also a (pretty bad) fairy tale (written by yours truly) to storyboard then run far far away from it. The last project would be a one-shot comic I originally slated for RSOM of 2006… Yeah. I only finished the pencilling like a week or two ago. Maybe I’ll be able to finish in time for the next RSOM haha…. -_-’ But the story is kind of bland.

Fun fact: I wrote a speech about potatoes and love the other day. When it’s all refined, I’ll post it here

I don’t think I’ve drawn too much lately but yet I feel compelled to update. I guess I can go over some stuff I’ve been doing lately. As you all know, I’ve been spacing out and haven’t gotten around to updating BW (I have the page sketched out, I swear). However, my mind likes to wander so hence I have some broad ideas for projects I may start later–one of which happens to be a visual novel game so look forward to that. I have been doing a bit of coding. I’m still kind of on my coding hype right now, so I should have a new layout for the site up soon. I have it all ready and coded (and lingering somewhere about my site!) but I need to finetune and add in some words and stuff. Uhhhh…. what else… Homework likes to eat up my free time?

My new Project sense is tingling. Heheh, Yep, that’s right, I’ve taken on a new project. It’s a webcomic And I’m not writing it, so it’ll be tons better than my previous failure that no longer exists. Oh and he (points up)’s the main character in said webcomic. Though he’s a bit too anorexic in this pic -_-’ But look forward to it. Even if it does take a good month or so to put up the first page.

Major update to the site this morning. Finally. I added a links section (which took me forever to remember how to do image maps cause I was doing slices all the way across) and made like 5 banners. Hrrrmmm… I think I need to make a to-do list for myself… But for now I fixed up the site, so the art and photo page isn’t as screwy anymore. I feel accomplished (and tired)
